Following a period of constructive discussion with the other co-owners about the future of SignMedia, Mindelon AB has sold all its shares in the company, corresponding to 70% of the total share capital, to the company’s other owners, the Fuxholt family.

SignMedia offers suppliers and retailers a modern marketing channel using digital screens in and adjacent to stores.
